We take orders every day from 19:00 to 04:00. An order counts as placed once you get an order number on the site.
Prices are in Georgian lari and include all taxes. Delivery costs 3 ₾. Delivery is free if your items cost 40 ₾ or more after discounts.
We deliver within Rustavi. Estimated delivery time is 30-60 minutes, depending on how busy we are. For pickup, you collect your order from us.
You pay when you receive your order: cash or card to the courier, or at the counter for pickup. Once online payment is switched on, you can also pay by card when ordering, on the bank's secure page. Card details are not stored by us and we have no access to them.
You can cancel an order before we start preparing it by calling us. A card payment is refunded in full to the same card within the bank's processing time (usually 1-5 business days). If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, contact us the same day: we'll replace the item or refund its price.
An account is created automatically for the email you give when ordering, and your points collect there. You can use points after signing in to your account with the code we email you. Points can't be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone else. If an order is canceled, its points are returned.
